Your custom design will usually be ready within 2-4 weeks after we agree on the design. Here’s how long each step of the process takes:
1. Design: We will work with you at your pace until you’re happy with the design. Some people are quick, while others take longer.
2. Production: After you’ve approved the design, we’ll make your piece by hand. We will then send you pictures of the finished product for approval before we ship it to you.
3. Shipping: We offer free shipping in the US through FedEx or USPS and international shipments through DHL Worldwide Express. Shipping usually takes 1-3 days domestically and approximately 1 week internationally. However, international shipments may take longer due to customs inspection.
